RSVP Management $250

Guest Management can be time consuming, so let us keep track of all your attendees for you! We have our own guest management tracker and seating arrangement tool. Let us help organize your guest so you can focus on the fun parts of your event or wedding.


Design Services $450

Our Event Design services is for the bride that needs helps bringing her Pinterest board and ideas into fruition. Let us help you create a cohesive collection that reflects your Style, Look and honors your budget! We provide 3 different design choices based on client provided Pinterest vision board or we will create a mood-board for you! Once you have approved the design we will provide you a quote of your “Wish List.” Includes one venue visit within 60 miles.

We live and breathe design. Let us take your style, your vision a collection of inspiring ideas into a cohesive design that is true to you, we are here to ensure that your dreams come a reality. Designing your wedding is about so much more than choosing a color scheme and floral arrangements.

It's bringing all elements together such as floor plan, seating chart, lighting & audio visual and where to place your stage and all these details determine the expression of your event. Our goal is to captivate our audience and create a fun memorable event to cherish forever with friends and loved ones. Included in service:

Walk through of venue to create floor-plan and design layout

Create a budget for overall decor/ centerpieces (Our goal is to try to bring you under budget)

Vendor Management: Contact vendors for all aspects of event design, negotiate contracts. Vendors are floral, linens, lighting, staging, chairs, draping, stationary & invitations)

Create Ceremony & Reception Design (offer 3 design choices based on client provided Pinterest vision board or we will create mood-board)

Onsite Management day of wedding to facilitate all vendors and set up rentals provided by Over The Top Events & Parties: linens, centerpieces, chairs, guest table, cake table, head table, gift table.

Staff of to set up venue and make sure it looks perfect.

Tare down on rentals belonging to Over The Top Events & Parties, no clean up provided.


Full Planning & Day Of Coordination $3000.00

Designed for the busy couple that does not have the (100+ hours) to devote and negotiate contracts along with all the other details that go into planning your wedding. The Full Wedding Planning and Coordination service includes unlimited consultations in the planning phases and full coordination of the wedding day. With Teresa Mixon by your side, your wedding will reflect your unique style and tastes, with meticulous attention to detail and flawless execution.Call for more details! Included in collection:

·        Comprehensive venue search –  recommendation, research, analysis, visits and contract review

·         Regular scheduled planning meetings (Skype, phone or in-person)

·         Budget preparation, allocation, recommendations

·         Recommendation for all vendors, attendance of vendor meetings, facilitation of vendor bookings

·         Sourcing unique items/services

·         Theme or Branding, Style development for a comprehensive look, including colors, design, rentals and decor

·         Development of detailed day itinerary

·         Site evaluation, create floor plan layout of client specifications and provide best recommendations for event space

·         Creation of templates, document and invitation to collaborate on project with online planning tools

 

On the day you can expect:

·         Supervision for the set up of all aspects of the event

·         Behind-the-scenes assistance in orchestrating and facilitating production, installation and completion

·         Coordination and event design but not limited to decor, centerpieces, welcome/registration table, favor/ grab bags, swag bags, menu cards, table numbers, escort cards, etc.

·         Coordination of event details and liaising with Caterer, DJ, MC, Photographer, other vendors and helpers

·         Assistance throughout the day to ensure the program runs smoothly and all your plans are carried out

·         My additional assistant at the event and for set up until the start of dinner

·         Distribution of vendor payments
