Consulting

Event Design Services

Designing your event or wedding is about so much more than choosing a color scheme and floral arrangements.

It's bringing all elements together such as floor plan, seating chart, lighting & audiovisual and where to place your stage and all these details determine the expression of your event. Our goal is to captivate our audience and create a fun memorable event to cherish forever with friends and loved ones.



Project management

Starting at $1200.00

Project Management service is designed for the client who has completed all the details and planning of event and want a professional to help provide support for the day of the event. Our interaction start as early as 2 months prior to event, to ensure we have the opportunity to view venue or event space, talk about concerns, and how to help mitigate risk, review contracts, and create a detailed timeline for all team members and vendors involved. This collection includes access to a suite of online planning tools, our preferred vendor list and organized templates, as well as a team of event consultant(s) to keep everything on track while you are enjoying your event or conference. Our team will communicate with and guide your vendors for set up according to your timeline.


Partial Planning

Starting at $1000.00

The Partial Planning services include up to 10 hours of consultations where you decide what you need help with whatever the areas may be.

Helping you go over menu or food tasting, finding the best deal for Dj's, recommendations on florists or how to navigate picking a photographer, let our planners guide you through the process of your specific needs.


Full Planning & Project Management $3000

This is the ultimate service for the busy client who wants to enjoy the planning process and who anticipates the many overwhelming, stressful details involved in planning an event or conference and wants the luxury of having someone else manage the details.
